Fantastic sea views from former coastguard cottage. Rocky beach and (seasonal) seawater pool in front. Fabulous to sit on the deck watching boats, seals/dolphins, sunsets or for more active holiday. Spacious property with on-site parking, garden and wi-fi. Family and dog friendly. Large utility area. Peaceful setting near Country Park with level walk to restaurants / town. Bus-stop nearby. Downstairs loo ideal if mobility issues. Ask about extra / boat parking or discounts for longer stays. The space Guests have sole use of this semi-detached coastguard cottage and garden. There is ample parking for 2 cars with additional parking eg for a boat available on request. There is also on-street parking from October to April. (more details are on the photos) On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room and well-stocked kitchen. (Fairy liquid, kitchen towels, tea-towels, dishcloth etc provided) There is also a large utility area where the barbecue and outdoor furniture / games are stored and a loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with sea views, a twin room and a spacious bathroom with bath and over-bath shower. The bathroom mirror includes an electric shaving point and touch controlled day / white light. Linen and towels are provided, plus essentials such as Carex, toilet roll, cleaning products etc. Guest access Guests have sole use of the property and there is a keysafe so that they can let themselves in any time after 3pm. If they would like to leave the car on the premises before check-in this is usually possible with prior agreement. Sometimes an early check-in can also be accommodated.
