This Maui Vista condo is on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building. Locally, it is called the quiet building. It is the farthest from the road. It is on the cool side of the building with nice trade winds. It has views of the West Maui Mountains and peek-a-boo ocean views from the lanai. From the entrance side of the condo, you have views of the Haleakala volcano. Queen size Beds (1), Sleep Sofa or Futons (1) You can call me or email me anytime. We were extremely concerned about our renter who arrived to a dirty condo and then spoke to a rude person at our management company. We have replaced that management company with a new one. We expect that cleanliness and politeness will be the only experience our renters will have going forward. In 2020, we replaced our window air conditioner in the front room .I do not supply beach equipment. There will be beach towels. We supply Soft-soap in Bathroom. Dish soap in Kitchen . Laundry soup. Dishwasher cubes. 1 roll of paper towels. 3 rolls toilet paper . 6 trash bags.
