The living room seamlessly opens to the kitchen, creating an inviting space for gatherings and relaxation. The gorgeous kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and features barstool seating for three, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or preparing delicious meals during your stay. The two bedrooms exude serenity and elegance, providing a peaceful haven for restful nights. Situated between the bedrooms, the clean and modern bathroom offers a combo tub/shower for your convenience. Additional amenities include an in-unit stacked washer/dryer, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stay cool during warm San Diego days with the A/C mini-split system, and rest easy knowing you have one dedicated parking space on-site. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (Maximum: 4 Guests) Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen bed Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen bed Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, but please note there are other units on the property. This unit is located upstairs. Other things to note • Please note that any rentals exceeding 30 days will require additional verification, lease agreement, and deposit. Kindly contact management for any questions. • Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. • Pets allowed with a pet fee of $150 per pet. • Parking: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle on-site. • Smoking and events/parties are not permitted. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
