Friendlies Rest ‘The Humpy’ Coles Bay / Freycinet

Relax in a peaceful bush setting & connect with nature. This small off grid studio is situated on a 100 acre property located on Freycinet Peninsula, close to Friendly Beaches, Moulting Lagoon & Freycinet National Park. The space is clean, cosy & comfortable with double bed, kitchenette & bathroom. Perfect for one or a couple. Unwind from the days adventure with the gentle sounds of nature, local bird life & ocean swell.. Watch the eagles return home as the sun sets and the stars come out. The space Friendlies Rest is a small off grid studio with open plan bedroom, kitchenette, living and seperate bathroom. There is an adjoining undercover deck with Webber BBQ, fire pit, outdoor table & umbrella, & private yoga tent. Please note pets are welcome on the property but must remain outside on the undercover deck area and on a lead/run if unsupervised. Pets are not allowed inside the studio. We have lots of native wildlife around the property and sheep in a wire fenced paddock close by. Host lives on site in a seperate residence 100m away from the studio. Guest access The studio is accessed from a driveway off Coles Bay Road. Once you have entered through the tree post gates travel along the driveway past olive trees, main residence and shed where you will arrive at Friendlies Rest. You can park under the car port and access the studio by the steps leading to the undercover deck where you find the front entrance sliding door. Please be mindful of nature bouncing around the sides of driveway if arriving after dark or leaving & returning to property after dark. Gravel driveway speed 40km/h. Other things to note Studio is off grid which means we rely on the sunshine for our electricity. Energy & water consumption needs to be considered. Host lives on site in a seperate residence 100m from studio. Pets allowed but must remain outside on the undercover deck area & on lead/run if unsupervised. Fires only permitted in good weather and must be supervised at all times. Arrival grazing platters can be organised through host. Registration Details 17/2019
