The shared bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, and the home is equipped with a convenient stacked washer and dryer to make your stay as easy as possible. Although the home doesn’t have air conditioning, the coastal breeze keeps things refreshingly cool, letting you enjoy the true Laguna Beach experience. For your convenience, the home offers one covered parking space and plenty of street parking for additional vehicles. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, your partner, or even for a work trip, this home provides the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. We look forward to welcoming you! **Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $250 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $20/towel and $50/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens.** Other things to note **Please note we have a VERY strict no pet policy. No pets permitted on the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you are bringing an animal.
