This rental is fully furnished, fits 4 people with 2 queen size beds, off-street parking for up to 2 cars, a private, heated pool and spa/jacuzzi, living room, laundry, & dining area.*DOG FEE - APPLIES* The space Doc's Family Jensen Beach welcomes you to our beautiful 2BR/1BA vacation rental apartment mere minutes from the coastal town of Jensen Beach, FL. This apartment is the main portion of the home and includes a full-sized kitchen, laundry, dining area, living room, pool/spa and has direct waterfront views from the dining area overlooking the Indian River/Intracoastal Waterway. This private apartment offers the best of both worlds - perfectly situated close enough to everything Hutchinson Island and Downtown Jensen Beach have to offer but far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness of the Intracoastal life. Our location offers quick access to Hwy 1 for more shopping and restaurants and only an hour away from Vero Beach and West Palm Beach. Our private apartment offers two generously sized bedrooms, each designed to provide a peaceful retreat for adults and kids alike. Each room has a full size closet, queen sized beds, linens and towels provided. All rooms are located on the FIRST FLOOR. Our pool deck is easily accessed directly from the private pool door and is fully enclosed for maximum privacy. The pool deck features a no-barrier entry pool as well as abundant seating and lounging all within the walls of the home. The pool is heated in the winter months (Dec 1 - Apr 1) and naturally heated in the spring/summer months from the overhead sun. Enjoy meals with your family outside on our new patio table and feel free to use our grill to cook your family's meals and keep your beverages cool in our outdoor vintage style cooler. The pool entry door and windows with access to the pool have an alarm as required by state code. It is on and functional at guest check-in. The alarms are not remotely monitored, and are managed by the guest during their stay. Our favorite feature of this home is to see beautiful sunrises in the morning. The sunrises coming over Hutchinson Island can be spectacular and can be viewed from the front patio deck or the dock. Occasionally, you may be able to see manatees and dolphins out on the still water before sunrise. We chose this home not just to be an Airbnb, but because we enjoy the area, the people, and hope to retire one day to this little gem on the Intracoastal ourselves. Here's a little bit more about the home: 🐶 Please note: We are a dog-friendly home, however, we do not allow cats. Dog Fees as follows: - $15 per pet, per night Max Dog Fees: 1 dog - $200 per 30 days 2 dogs - $300 per 30 days About the rental: You will have access to the 2BR/1BA unit which includes 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and all amenities to include the front patio, pool deck/pool/spa, yoga retreat area, and dock access. This sleeps 4 persons. Upon entry, you'll find yourself in the foyer area. To the left of the main entry, you'll find the main apartment including living room, dining area, full kitchen, and two bedrooms with queen size beds as well as a front door that leads to outdoor patio seating. Walk across the lawn to get to our dock and enjoy the sunrise or watch the sunrise from the sofa through our beautiful bay windows. If you go straight from the entry way to the pool door, you'll find our beautiful heated pool and spa, loungers, umbrellas, and grill within the privacy of the home's walls. You may also go upstairs via our spiral staircase to the upper deck to look out over the property or use this space as a yoga retreat and practice area. Optional: Guests may choose to cool pool for the length of their stay for $10/day (Apr 1 - Nov 30). Please notify host at TIME OF BOOKING so that we can plan for pool service to enable cooling feature. Things to know: ‼️ Age Restriction: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Government-issued photo ID may be requested to verify age. You’ll have the 2BR/1BA guest home portion of the home to yourselves. You will not have access to the lock-off unit in the home. This is a private residence for the host’s mother. Free parking for 2 cars. No streetside parking allowed. Do not park on the grass. Check in: 4:00pm Check out: 12:00pm Free wifi available on Samsung Smart TVs. No smoking permitted anywhere on the premises. All guests shall abide by *good neighbor policy* and shall not engage in illegal activity or disruptive behavior. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. The host’s mother occupies the locked-off unit during your stay and will enter/exit through a private entrance on the pool deck. However, the host’s mother will not use the pool, front patio, or yoga retreat (upper deck) area during your stay. The dock may be shared by the owner and others approved by the owner. Guest access Guests will have access to full 2BR/1BA locked-off portion of the home. This includes the full kitchen, laundry, living room, dining area and all amenities that come with the house (pool, spa, patio space, etc). Keyless entry with digital codes provided in Airbnb app to access home. Nearest airports are: Vero Beach Airport (55 min) Palm Beach International Airport (1 hr) Melbourne Orlando International Airport (1 hr, 20min) Orlando International Airport (2 hr) Driving distances: 8-10 minutes north of Jensen Beach 20 minutes south of Fort Pierce, 35 minutes south of Vero Beach 1 hour north of West Palm Beach. Other things to note ➡️ HOW TO BOOK: We do not instant book. When you request to book we will need you to confirm that you’ve read the house rules and respond to our messages. This ensures everyone is aware of the house rules and that we’re able to communicate clearly. Please respond in a timely manner so we can complete the reservation process. If we do not hear back from you before our 24 hour time limit is up, we will decline the reservation request and you may re-book. We typically respond immediately if reservation is made before 10pm at night. Overnight requests will be responded to first thing in the morning. Thank you! ‼️ Regarding our cancellation policy: Firm Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. They can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. We DO NOT modify reservations within the 30 day window unless the start of the NEW RESERVATION begins within 30 days. ‼️ Age Restriction: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. The alarms are not remotely monitored, and are managed by the guest during their stay. ----- Things to Know: We have a private resident (my mother) living in the Master Lock-Off suite. The resident will not share any of the home amenities during your stay. This home features solar panels and a 250gal Reverse Osmosis system for filtered water needs within the home. Please shut off all water valves to avoid depleting water tank too quickly. The tank will generate clean RO water replenishment at 1 gallon per minute. This tank also fills the pool when it is low. Please do not knock over the water pool-leveling device at the far edge of the pool. Complimentary coffee and snacks are provided. Please visit Publix near Downtown Jensen Beach for all your additional grocery needs. Our dock is not suitable for boats due to the shallow waters of the Indian River underneath. Fishing is possible as there are a lot of snook found under our dock. For those needing a boat ramp, convenient options are located approximately 2-3 miles down the road under the causeway bridge for launching and retrieving your boat. These ramps are free of charge. Parking: The driveway can accommodate 2 cars MAX. Do not park on street and no parking on the grass. Do not block the dirt driveway in the backyard as this is our neighbor's personal driveway access. Lastly, we DO NOT allow cats in the home. — Regarding Dogs: Dog Fees as follows: - $15 per pet, per night Max Dog Fees: 1 dog - $200 per 30 days 2 dogs - $300 per 30 days Dog’s are NOT allowed in the pool.
