Pittsburgh downtown is only 15 minutes drive. The unit enjoys proximity to Frick Park, Schenley Park, Carnegie Mellon University, University of Pittsburgh, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, shops, movie theater, and local amenities on Murray, Forbes, and Shady avenues. The space The unit has one bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and shower, and a living room with dining area, TV, and a sleeper sofa. Washer and dryer, located in the unit's outside common area, are free to use and shared with a family living upstairs. One private parking is provided for our guest.
