The space This inviting cottage features a private entrance and offers two comfortable bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and a shared bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher, seamlessly connecting to the open-plan lounge, where you can unwind by the cozy log burner. For added convenience, there is a downstairs toilet. Outside, you'll find an elevated garden with apple trees, perfect for relaxing or enjoying an outdoor meal. The cottage is equipped with a smart lock for easy, keyless entry. Please note, EV charging is not available. Guest access The Guest House has a separate entrance and guests then have sole use. Other things to note The Surrounding Area:- Barkisland Village offers a charming slice of local life with a church, cricket club, convenience store/post office, and a playground. We are also conveniently close to The Venue and The Fleece Inn, popular spots for weddings and events.
