Charming Union Pier cottage in the woods

Our sweet vintage "Echo Cottage" is tucked back in the woods, but in the middle of all that Union Pier has to offer. It's well-appointed, family friendly, private, and cozy. Outside you'll find a hot tub, outdoor shower, and large deck to watch the wildlife with your morning coffee. For winter rentals: four-wheel drive is recommended. The space Welcome to our cozy Echo cottage, nestled among the trees in Union Pier. The generous outdoor spaces include a large deck with dining table, small deck with a grill, an outdoor shower, fire pit, hot tub, play set, and plenty of open space. The cottage is set on the edge of a ravine and is incredibly private under a canopy of leaves. Inside, modern updates blend well with the 1940s vintage charm. It features all original woodwork and many windows, so you can see the trees from every view. The new, full, kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking. We include dining sets for both indoor and outdoor use. The open living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, and dining table. The main bedroom has a queen bed, small desk, wardrobe, and couch. The second bedroom has a queen bed and small closet. The third bedroom (perfect for kids) features kids' books, some toys, and a built-in twin bed. Each room is cooled individually - a mini split in the large bedroom and window units in the two smaller bedrooms. There is a full-sized washer and dryer. Every detail has been considered for your stay and the décor is warm and inviting. Our small family lived here for many years and still uses the cottage on a regular basis. It is truly our favorite place to be, and we’re excited to be able to share it with others! Please note: there is no central air conditioning. Individual rooms are cooled by window units and a mini split so it's comfortable in the warm months. Four-wheel drive is recommended for the winter months. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home and a half acre of wooded outdoor space. Other things to note Public beach is a five minute drive away. The cottage is hidden in the forest but very close to all that Harbor Country and Union Pier have to offer.
