Cabin in the forest

Hot springs 5 min drive. This is a large modern cabin, up a small hill, on the edge of a forest, with more of a cabin experience with nearby creek, river, pine trees/mountains, remodeled outdoor deck/chairs, large parking & play area. This is not like alot of listings in a subdivision, crowded resort, or golf area. When booking, select number of guests & pets, what brings you to Garden Valley, & estimated checkin time (after 2 PM) The space Cabin is set up as a duplex, Guests have main cabin that is 2 stories with thick floors and walls for privacy. Basement has separate entrance for host, which host lives at. This is the same location as a previous listing, just new main host. Unlike most homes in the area, this is not in a crowded subdivision, but in the forest. This is a larger cabin with a large parking area, long driveway from the main road. 3rd bed (double) is in a side area in the great room as pictured. Sometimes gun fire can be heard due to hunting in the forest and a shooting range on Banks-Lowman Rd. All the mattresses were bought new from Ikea in 2019. Guest must have several positive previous Airbnb Reviews to book. Well behaved pets allowed. Inform host if you are bringing a trailer/boat, etc. Best to park a trailer in front of the address sign down low, as its hard to turn around up top near cabin. Unique things to do: 1) Starlight mountain theatre is a outdoor live performance musical playhouse about 4 miles away- May-Sept. Search keywords Starlight Mountain Theatre for details. 2) Hotsprings nearby! Hotsprings info in a binder. Campground H.S. is minutes away, Pine Flats a bit further, 25 min. Binder lists several others that are in the area, some involve hiking, some near roadside. 3) Short walk to Payette River viewpoint (east of home along S Fork Rd) 4) Cooking: Bring your own food to cook in large kitchen. Kitchenware are modern and new 2019. Oven, microwave, cooktop. Small BBQ on deck with charcoal / utensils 5) Outdoor lights to view forest at night. Just turn off lights when not in use. 6) There are puzzles, games, cards, books, dominos. 7) 55 inch TV with several DVDs, including children DVDs.. 8) Master bath has a large duel ( 2 shower heads) shower. 9) Electronic Fireplace 10) BBQ: charcoal style. Utensils provided. 11) 360 degree covered decking around cabin. 12) Guidebook in the cabin written by host with many suggested activities. 13) WiFi 14) Large windows to view outdoors from inside. 15) Large parking area for cars and outdoor play, basketball hoop & ball, bring your outdoor toys. 16) Float the river, the part through Crouch is usually the calmest, check with the ranger for details about safety information. 17) Hiking: Station Creek Trail is nearby, about a 2 mile hike in the forest. Directions are in the cabin guidebook. 18) Restaurants nearby in the town of Crouch. Guest access Guest Access: Main Cabin, 360 degree deck, patio furniture, walk to creek/river/mountain. Host lives in private basement level, separate entrance, thick floors does not disturb guests. Bird noises may be heard periodically as birds live on the property and basement. Other things to note Pets ok on hardwood floor areas or bring a pet bed.
