You have private access to the entire unit w/ large living rm, full kitchen w/ Keurig, micro & air fryer, queen bedroom w/ walk in closet, full bathroom, wash/dryer, & dedicated workspace. There are front & back door entrances w/ small deck, chair & mud room. No parking at curb. The space *Newly renovated in comfy cabin/lodge theme for a fun and unique experience. *NEW! (optional) Please note: *Fireplace is decorative only- does not function. We do not allow animals on the property. If you book and do not disclose the pet or animal, we will have to cancel your stay. Thank you for understanding as we strive to keep our home as allergen free as possible. Please read the welcome book located on the desk. Garbage and recycling pickup is every Tuesday before 7am. Winter guests are responsible for snow removal from walkway in front of the house. Shovels and ice melt provided. This is a quiet safe neighborhood. Short drive (or could walk) to downtown with restaurants, bars, movie theaters, shopping, etc. We provide a vacuum and some cleaning supplies to get you started for your longer term stay. These are not replenished for 30+ day stays. We would expect that you would purchase your own to maintain the cleanliness and keep things sanitary. This is the same for toilet paper and paper towels. Scheduled cleanings upon request. So that we can keep the cleaning fees to a minimum, please help us keep our home as you found it. Guest access Please Park in back near the back door entrance. Drive down the west side of the house to the rear and look for the signs designated for parking along the fence. Any of these spaces are for your use. The unit has both a private front door and private back door entrance (w/ designated parking signs along the fence in back- parking at curb in front is prohibited by Ogden City for str guests) and a small deck & chair at back entrance on deck leading to the "mud room" entrance. Just inside the back door is a “mud room” with bench, bins, and hooks for coats etc. etc. You have private access to the entire unit with large living room w/ TV, recliner, and sofa sleeper (bedding is in the "fish" blanket box in front of the sofa. The kitchen provides a microwave & air fryer/toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker (or instant hot water for many things). The queen bedroom has a TV & walk in closet with 2 full upper shelves and 2 clothes rods, and full bathroom as well as a dedicated work space. There is also a small load washer and dryer in the unit. Please take care to do SMALL loads ONLY and NOT pack things into the washer. If any questions please text or message us. Other things to note Parking on the street is prohibited by Ogden City for str guests. Parking in rear only along the fence in designated space with signs on the fence. Please enter through the "mud room" entrance up the little deck stairs along the fence (w/ the red chair and door marked clearly "876"). Please remember to keep the "mud room" door into the kitchen closed to keep heat and or cold out of the unit- it is NOT insulated well. There is a window a/c unit in the bedroom. Most guests don't require anything else except maybe on the hottest of summer days here in UT. There is a large box fan in the walk in closet they can place near the bedroom door to blow cooler air into the kitchen/living room as needed. Additional fans can be provided upon request.
