The apartment is above ground on pool ground level. There is a screened in porch with jacuzzi, tv, and hightop table with two chairs perfect for all weather conditions. Inside kitchen, with bar, full bath, closet, washer and dryer, living room, 1 bdr with king bed, queen air mattress/bedding, & windows/natural lighting. This is NOT a basement apartment) The apartment is private, backyard area is private gated with a white vinyl privacy fence for added privacy. The entrance is private and there are no shared areas, it is part of the main house where a couple and baby live upstairs. The pool and jacuzzi are open and heated Pool temperatures get as high as 105 degrees. Message me for pool temperature requests after booking. Guests can control the jacuzzi temperature, host only can control the pool temperature. The pool and jacuzzi heating time and temperature varies daily and depends on outside weather. All outdoor amenities including jacuzzi, charcoal grill, propane fire pit, and wood burning pit, are all self service. Please bring your own pool floats, charcoal, lighter, and lighter fluid for grill, as well as your own firewood and fire starter for wood burning firepit. They are not included. For the duration of your stay, Host does supply 1 propane tank for gas burning fire table. There will be some leaves on the grounds as there are trees in the backyard and leaves will fall. This apartment is on all one level and has one 3 inch stair leading from the front door entrance to the interior of the airbnb apartment. Worry free safe parking on main street (same side of the house do not park on grass) All other vehicles must park on the side street directly below the house. Maximum capacity for airbnb bookings is 5 guests. Sleeps 4 comfortably! 1 king bed in bedroom 1 queen sized air mattress with bedding/ pillow in closet for your use. Air mattress when fully blow up fits in the living room area or bedroom. This community has an older quieter demographic.
