Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have horses, cats, dogs, goats, and chickens on our ten acres and a shared 600 foot secluded driveway in the heart of Malletts Bay. Close to bike paths and public beaches and tennis/pickle ball courts. Burlington is 15 minutes away. Private entrance to our basement apartment in this safe, secure, quiet neighborhood. Owners live upstairs. The space Open floor plan. Four foot knee wall separates bedroom from open living room. Full bath in separate room. Windows all have blinds and door has curtains. Guest access Full apartment Other things to note We are at the end of a 600 foot shared driveway (gravel). We also own the one other house on the driveway. Internet password will be provided. Depending on the time of year you may see fox, deer, turkeys, or other wildlife in the pasture. When leaving the driveway stay far to the right as the school bus will take all of the corner and then some!
