Waterfront Paradise 1hr to Parks

Entire house to yourself. On spring fed Canal to Lake Panasoffkee fishermans paradise and only one hour to Disney Theme Parks. Bring your own small boat to fish or rent one down the street at fish camp. Peaceful and quite in this small town. Twenty minutes from Webster markets largest Monday market in Florida. Enjoy home-cooking Lake-front or in towns diner. Walmart within 7 minutes. Beach's one hour away. Tennis and basketball courts in town. Hot tub on front porch does not work. The space Home has 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in master suite that has its own bathroom. The second and third bedroom both have a queen size bed and night stand. If toiletries supplied run out, the tenant should then purchase their own - Shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry soap. Beds have sheets, mattress and pillow protectors, covers and pillows. No cats as owner is allergic. Sorry. Kitchen has a round table and 4 chairs, a portable dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and stackable washer and dryer. Granite counter tops, bar with 3 bar stools. Kitchen comes equipped with a few pans, dishes, bowls, plates, coffee cups, Keurig coffee maker, toaster. Trash bags, dish soap, cleaner, laundry soap. Back porch is screened in with a desk, round table and 4 chairs to enjoy morning breakfast with view of canal and steps leading down to boat dock with tropical surround. Also has an exercise bike. Lake Pan also has a nice walking track, basketball and tennis courts, park, baseball field just down from the library. Yard is fenced with gate. You can park up to a few cars. Hot tub sunken in front deck does not work. Here are some fun things to do- * Local or nearby Food - Ocean buffet for chinese, Big Bass Grill lake front dining and nice scenery. Mos Restaurant, Bushnel, FL is only 7 min away and has walmart and Mcdonalds, Popeyes, KFC, Tacobell, ice- cream, Mexican Restaurant, Burger King, Pizza, Chinese. The Villages is only 20 min away and has fine dining restaurants and shopping. * Local Entertainment - Marsh Bend outlet park - neat old bridge to watch river flow, fish and occasional alligator. Webster Flea Market only on Monday mornings until 1pm - largest in Florida - fresh fruit, new and used items, antiques, gifts. Spanish Springs in The Villages for live band, dancing, great restaurants. Liberty Park in Inverness has a nice lake front gazebo and fishing, park, walkpath,farmers market. Lake Panasoffkee recreation center for walk track, park, tennis courts, basketball, softball. * Most Theme parks are within an hour drive - Disney, Seaworld, Gatorland Zoo, Disney Springs for shopping restaurants and entertainment. * Low cost and fun - Any state parks - Apopka wildlife drive 1 hour.
