Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in. At check-in, a valid government-issued ID and a major credit card matching the primary guest's name are required. A $250 security deposit per reservation is due at check-in and will be released upon check-out; it may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account. Children 17 years or under stay free with a paying adult when using existing bedding, not to exceed the room's maximum occupancy. Bedding configurations vary and are not guaranteed; to request a specific configuration, don't hesitate to contact the front desk. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited within resort buildings; designated smoking areas are available. Violations of the smoking policy will incur a fee. Special requests are subject to availability at check-in and may incur additional charges. Late check-outs may be available for a fee, subject to room availability and occupancy levels; please inquire with the front desk 24 hours before departure.
