Relax in the cozy living area, or prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is also available. After a day of exploring, unwind in your private, bubbling hot tub under a canopy of stars. Perfect for families, friends, or couples, this cozy retreat offers a peaceful escape with modern comforts, including mini-split air conditioning units for the warmer months. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home and its amenities, including the spacious deck and the hot tub. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Other things to note By booking this home, you agree to abide by the Teewinot Community Rules & Regulations, which are in place to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Violations may result in fines. - Quiet Hours: Please keep noise, including language and music, to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. - Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is three (3) people per bedroom. - Parking: A maximum of four (4) vehicles are permitted to be parked at the property between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. RVs and trailers are not permitted at any time. - No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. - No Events: Parties and events are not permitted. - No Fireworks: Fireworks of any type are strictly prohibited at all times. Important Information - Dark Skies: To preserve the beauty of our valley's dark skies, all exterior lights must be turned off by 10:00 PM. - Television: We do not have cable. The television is streaming-capable, and you will need to use your own logins for services like Netflix, Hulu, etc. - Trash: All trash must be secured in the provided containers. It will be removed after your departure. - Neighborhood Construction: Please be aware that construction projects may occur in the neighborhood, including on adjacent lots. These projects are beyond our control but do not block the mountain views.
