Each Deluxe King is unique and includes a private bath and garden or neighborhood views. Each spacious room includes a twin sleeper sofa. We have multiple deluxe king rooms located on the first and second floors of the Inn; walk-up only. The space Our newly renovated property rooms are dog friendly ($100 nonrefundable pet fee). Guest access Guests can access the lobby and their assigned room. Other things to note Destination Fee – Enhancing Your Stay A Destination Fee of 10% of your room rate is applied to each room per night. This fee provides access to a selection of amenities and services designed to enhance your stay and comfort at The Waterford Inn. The fee includes: • Coffee and tea station available 24/7 in the lobby • Daily $4 voucher to Far Land Provisions for each registered guest • Complimentary local calls • High-speed Wi-Fi • Self-serve sparkling & spring water dispenser, available 24/7 • Reusable water bottle and canvas tote bag Pet Policy: Welcome to The Waterford Inn. We look forward to providing a memorable stay for you and your pet. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the following policies apply to your pet’s say during your visit with us. 1. Pet Fee ALL GUEST ARE TO NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE IF THEY WILL BE BRING A PET. Please be aware that a non-refundable pet fee of USD 100 plus tax per stay will be charged to your account at check-in. There is a 50lb maximum on pet allowed in room. Pets must be crated in guest room; pets are not to be left unattended. If a pet is left unattended and other guests are disturbed, an additional surcharge will be imposed. All guests are responsible for and will be charged the total cost of repairs or the replacement of furnishings if there are any losses or damages incurred by their pet during the stay. If room and fumigation is required due to pet infestation, an additional fee over and above the cleaning feel will apply. 2. Acceptable Pets We welcome all well-mannered dogs and cats. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease or urination/defecation in public areas. Nor more than one (1) may occupy a guest room. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his/her pet including but not limited to transportation & kennel charges. 3. Pet Friendly Areas Pets are not allowed in public areas where food and beverage are consumed. The includes all seats areas (pantry, garden patio). For your convenience, a waste receptacle is located outside. Please dispose of pet waste in the receptacle. 4. Pet Control/ Containment in Public Areas Pets must be leashed, caged, or firmed held when they are in all common areas of the hotel including outdoors. 5. Housekeeping For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping will enter your room only if (a) your pet is not present, or (b) your pet is caged. 6. Damage to Guest Rooms & Common Areas Your hotel account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost of any damage caused by your pet, upwards of $250.
