If you’re looking for a unique, luxury home for your group or family while you’re in Boston, the Harborview House should be your destination! The space On the ground floor you’ll find a large Rec room that includes 2 couches facing a 70" smart TV with HDMI connection - perfect for presentations or movie nights. You'll also find the treadmill room, a 1/2 bath and wet bar, and a walkout terraced patio and garden with a fire pit and gas grill. The second floor includes an open kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating for 10 guests as well as two bedrooms, each with their own full bath. On the top floor you’ll find the primary suite, an additional bedroom and bath, and lounge / bar with two twin Wabi-Sabi Japanese-style futons fully made and ready for sleeping, a 55" smart frame TV, gas fireplace and 15’ wood-lined ceilings that frame the spectacular views. Every floor has exterior decks that are connected by a spiral staircase. You'll also get to enjoy long showers with endless hot water thanks to our tankless system! Guest access Hassle-free street parking is available out front, no permits needed - a rare find in Boston! There is also a large parking lot at the end of the street where you will find the Constitution Beach tennis / pickleball courts, baseball fields and ice rink, as well as access to the East Boston Greenway and swimming during the summer. If you prefer public transport, the Wood Island T station is a 15-minute walk away. Check in instructions for the smart lock will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival. Other things to note Maximum group size is 10 people - The city of Boston prohibits any groups of more than 10 people at an Airbnb so we are unable to hosting wedding ceremonies or other larger gatherings that would have more than 10 guests. Our minimum stay is generally 2 nights - If you are invested in staying only one night and see the calendar has a 2-night minimum on your desired date, please send us an inquiry and we may be able to accommodate you. No loud parties - We are on a quiet residential street and our neighbors are only 3 feet away and we will be alerted to any excessive noise. *If it is determined that a party was held at the home with more guests than where part of your reservation, you will be charged a $1,000 fee.* No pets - Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets. No smoking inside - Smoking is only permitted outside in the backyard. Please property dispose of butts in the outdoor trashcan under the spiral staircase. No venturing into the marsh or onto our neighbor's dock or yards - This is an oceanfront home and as enticing as it may be to explore the marsh, the mud is like quicksand and you will get stuck.
