The space is equipped with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This includes two bedrooms (one with bunks) and a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living area. For guests who visit in the winter the in-floor heating after a long day on the ski hill is a real treat. Only 2km to the center of town and a 5min walk to local grocer. Other attractions include the scenic trails of Cerro Amigo (4km) and an organic farm which doubles as a café and ice cream shop! (750m). The space The apartment is on the ground floor of a duplex and the top floor has a separate apartment with a permanent renter. The ample back yard is shared by the two apartments. There is a patio in the back that receives a lot of sun and a large grassy area with plenty of shade under the large cherry and walnut trees. Depending on the time of year you visit, you may be able to enjoy eating cherries or plums directly from the trees! The parking options are either outside the gate or on the internal driveway. Please request if you wish to park inside the gate. Inside, the apartment has two bedrooms. The larger room has a sizeable wardrobe and drawers for storing your belongings. The other bedroom is small with space only for the bunkbeds and would be most ideal for children. Otherwise a third option exists in the living room with the sofa converting into a single bed. Guest access The apartment has a front and back door. Guests have access to the entire shared back yard. Other things to note Guest's can park outside the gate or have the option to park inside the electric gate at an extra cost. If you choose this option we will provide you with a remote control to open and close the driveway gate. The tv is connected to a Roku where guests can login with their own streaming services. by logging in via Roku or by casting to the TV from the phone. All services are automatically log out when the guests depart.
