There's no elevator but the unit is up just two flights of steps. There's a TV with DVD/VCR combo in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The kids can stay entertained with their DVDs and Dad can watch his favorite show or the game or the race. This condo is on the corner of the third floor, so your views of the beach and the Gulf are great particularly from the Gulf-front master bedroom. Free wireless internet. This condo has a Queen Bed in the Gulf-front bedroom with great views of the beach. And there are 2 Queen Beds in the guest bedroom and a Queen sleeper in the living room. So the unit can comfortably sleep up to 8. The fully equipped kitchen lets you save money and enjoy your family favorites and the fresh Gulf seafood. Or you can grill up some burgers and hot dogs or today's fresh catch from the surf on our Gulf-front terrace. Then when it's time to eat, you can dine in the condo at the dining table and breakfast bar, or on the balcony at the bar-height patio furniture, or down on the terrace. The registered guest must be 25 or over. Check out time is 10:00 am. The cleaning company charges us a late check out fee. So please check out by 10:00 am. No smoking inside the unit. Please observe PCB Quiet Hours local ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Bed and bath linens are provided, but we don't supply beach towels or beach chairs. We start you out with an initial supply of household items, like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and liquid. We don't provide "refills" of these items and we don't supply laundry detergent. Guests have access to the entire condo which is their private space. The resort grounds and amenities are shared with the other residents and guests. Don't fight the crowds in a high-rise! You're close to Wal-Mart; and it's just a 5 minute drive to St. Andrew's State Park where you can catch a shuttle to Shell Island, or the marinas on historic Grand Lagoon, where you can rent jet skis or a pontoon boat to visit Shell Island, book a charter fishing trip or enjoy a waterfront drink and dinner.
