On the upstairs floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The laundry room is located on the basement floor. The home has a fully private front and back entrance. There is a fully separate suite in the basement which is tenanted as well as a tenant in the fully separate coachhouse in the back. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and respect our neighbours, we ask that all guests agree to the following: No Parties or Events: Please help us maintain a peaceful environment. Parties, large gatherings, and excessive noise and music are not permitted. Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep music and voices low during this time.
