The space This studio has a queen size bed, full-size couch, TV, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, and full fridge. Small eating table with two barstools. Large bathroom that has a full-size dresser and an area to hang clothes as well as bathroom amenities and shower. This darling studio has been recently updated with fresh paint, new floors and updated kitchen and appliances. There is a small patio table and two outdoor reclining chairs for your enjoyment. Access to private backyard with partial fence (no front gate). The studio also has a dedicated driveway, and gated backyard. We do allow one well-behaved dog up to 25 pounds Guest access Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties. No smoking or vaping. Dogs not allowed on the furniture.
