Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home designed for comfort and convenience! LIVING ROOM: offers plenty of cozy seating, a Smart TV, reading material, and games for entertainment. (Please note: the fireplace is decorative and non-functioning.) DINING AREA: seats six, perfect for meals or work sessions. KITCHEN: Fully stocked with everything you need, including pots, pans, utensils, cooking oil, spices, a drip coffee maker with coffee and sugar, a toaster, cleaning supplies, soaps, trash bags, and paper towels. 1ST BEDROOM: located near the kitchen, features a queen bed, a work desk, a clothing rack with hangers, and nightstands with plenty of outlets for charging devices. BATHROOMS: Guest bathroom is located in the main hallway and the 2nd bathroom is inside the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer 2ND & 3RD BEDROOMS: Also offer queen beds, workspaces, Smart TVs, full closets with hangers, and nightstands with ample outlets. LAUNDRY: A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in the main hallway. Laundry pods provided EXTERIOR: The front porch is a welcoming spot with a small seating area, while the backyard is spacious, fully fenced, and perfect for pets. PARKING: The driveway accommodates two cars, with additional street parking available on the wide street in front of the house. Whether you're here for a few nights or an extended stay, this home has everything you need for a relaxing visit! You will access the home using a smart lock. A personalized code will be sent to you in your check in instruction message 3 days prior to check in. The code will deactivate upon checkout. We are just a message away if you need anything! Please note that this is a small home at 1100sq ft. The fireplace is purely decoration and is not a functioning fireplace. This is an older home that has been renovated but the original hardwood floors remain. Driveway can easily accommodate 2 cars but please note that it is a fairly narrow driveway. 🤫 - Be respectful and avoid excessive noise; any noise complaints will result in immediate removal from the home. 👥 - The booking guest must be present for the entire stay; extra visitors require written consent from the host. 🚬 ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING - Absolutely no smoking inside the home or burning candles/incense; smoking is allowed outside only. NOT inside screened porches or sunrooms. Evidence of smoking indoors results in a $300 fee. 🐶 PETS - We just love furbabies but not all of our properties are pet friendly. If you have booked a pet friendly stay, please add your pet to the reservation. Any unauthorized pets will be charged a $175 fee 🗓 LONG TERM STAYS - We can only set routine turnover cleaning fees online and unfortunately cannot automatically adjust cleaning prices based on the length of stay. Our cleaners charge more for deep cleaning. Because there is more cleaning involved after long term stays, reservations over 14 days require an additional deep cleaning fee. We will send a money request for this amount if needed. 🚫📦 - No mail or packages should be delivered without permission; please use a Post Office box, Amazon store, FEDEX, UPS instead. 🎉 NO PARTIES - No parties or unapproved overnight guests allowed; parties in the home incur a $600 fee and any damage will be charged for repair/replacement. ✊BE RESPECTFUL - Guests are expected to keep the property in the same condition as they arrived and will be held responsible for any damages *No liability is held by the host for injury, loss, theft, or damages.
