Northwood Lake is a hidden gem. Big enough to enjoy everything Lake Life has to offer, without the crowds and craziness. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets while listening to the resident loons! So many places to for your group to gather, as well as plenty of private space for yourself. The whole family will enjoy having three decks to spread out. Rent a boat or jet ski and tie it up to the double docks! The littles will love the small beach area. In the finished basement, you can enjoy shuffle board, darts, ping pong, watch the game from the 75" screen TV! You will also find plenty of board games, comfy couches and a futon for extra sleeping room. When you are ready to venture out for some live music, ice cream, or maybe a farmer's market, Northwoods Brewing Company and Johnson's Dairy Bar is less than a mile from our front door! Take a left and you are just 30 minutes from Concord; take a right and you are about 45 minutes from Portsmouth, with many restaurants, breweries, hiking trails and antique shops along the way. A grocery store is only a 10 minute drive away. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths: BR1 - King BR2 - Queen BR3 - Queen BR4 - Twin over full bunk, with an additional trundle bed. There is a futon in the finished basement, along with reclining couches. This house can sleep 11 comfortably. Peloton bike recently added in the primary bedroom! Luxury linens, bath towels and soaps are included with your stay. Washer/dryer located in the half bath on the main level. Brand new whole home, automatic generator installed in 2025, so you never have to worry about losing power. Long term stays and special monthly rates are available. Please contact us for details. Guest access We have a small green space suitable for playing catch or maybe some wiffle ball, however, the large green space on the other side of the house belongs to our neighbors. Our guests will have access to the shed located closest to the water, where they will find various things such as life jackets, tubes, floats, sand toys, a fishing rod, cornhole, etc. There are two kayaks and two stand up paddle boards. The indoor fireplace is off limits, but please enjoy the Solo Stove outside! The loft area in the primary bedroom is off limits, however, exceptions can be made for long term stays. Other things to note We do not have cable, however, we have Roku TVs in the living room, finished basement, and the bunk bed room. Wifi works great throughout the house! There are fresh clean linens and comforters on each bed and a couple of sets of bath towels. You should plan to bring extra towels for use outside and at the lake. There is a roll of toilet paper plus 1 extra roll in each bathroom. A roll of paper towels plus 1 extra under the sink.
