Linens and towels will be replaced plus 500 pesos transportation fee for the cleaners (2 cleaners will be provided). > Guest may opt to clean their own by using our cleaning materials available inside the unit. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. > Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed PHP 3,500/month. Any excess shall be at your own cost. > For more than 28 days stay a security deposit of Php5,000 is required to cover any potential damages or losses to the unit during stay. The deposit covers (damages, loses and any excess amount to the electricity bill). This deposit is fully refundable if everything is returned in its original condition. If there's any damages, the deposit will be used to cover the cost. -------------------------------------------------------------- * IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL ALL guests including their companion are required to submit a copy of their valid IDs for registration and endorsement to the admin office at least a day before arrival. We will provide a Tenancy Pass, once approved will send a copy to the email address provided. No same-day processing. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in, so kindly submit the requirements as soon as possible. Upon arrival at the lobby, you and your companion will be required to present your IDs and approved Tenancy Pass to the reception to validate. Once validated, you will have to log your details then you may proceed to the unit after. To ensure a smooth transaction, you may first contact us via Airbnb. * REMINDERS: No PETS & parties allowed. Kindly TURN OFF the aircon and other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit. STRICKLY NO SMOKING anywhere in the premises please. - A penalty of 5,000 pesos will be imposed if the smoke alarm is activated. NO visitors are allowed to stay at the unit at any given time for the safety of the guest and the host. ONLY the maximum number of guests who are booked at Airbnb and registered to Property Management office can stay in the unit. * Rates for weekly and monthly stay are already discounted as shown on the listing.
