Pineshire Retreat, a cozy cabin nestled in the pines, yet centrally located in the middle of everything and close to Snow Summit. Relax in the Spa while gazing up at the stars after a long day of hiking, biking or skiing. The space LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Pineshire Retreat is a gorgeous 3 bed 2 bath cabin in walking distance of Snow Summit and a short 1.5 miles to the Village (25minute walk) Towering pines ascend above the property, giving our guests a "cabin in the woods" feel, as though the cabin were nestled in the heart of the forest. The main floor features a spacious family room with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, large screen 4K smart TV and hardwood floors. The kitchen includes granite counter tops with plenty of space for cooking, a gas range and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. The dining area features a custom-made table with seating for 6. The master bedroom has a private rear deck. A full bathroom and laundry area complete the first floor. A custom wooden staircase leads to the second floor with 2 extra large bedrooms with ceiling fans and a full bath in-between. The larger of the two bedrooms includes a classic arcade game table that has 1162 games from 80's, 90's, and 00s. (no sound). The arcade game table is always a hit with the kids and adults alike! All three bedrooms contain smart TVs. A long paved mostly flat driveway has easy access and parking for 3 cars. The property is a spacious, well designed space for a family, a small group of friends, or a romantic getaway. Our cabin is kid friendly, offering the little ones a small fenced yard, and kid friendly board games. There is a small book nook for kids in smaller of the two upstairs bedrooms. Our sparkling clean three bedroom, two bath cabin sleeps six comfortably. The master bedroom (1st level) includes queen bed, large screen smart TV. Bathroom #1 (1st level) includes large vanity and tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 (2nd level) includes 2 queen beds, wall mounted smart TV over the arcade game table. Bedroom 3 (2nd level) includes 2 full beds, a smart TV, a small kids book nook and a balcony. Bathroom #2 (second level) includes tub/shower combo. Bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, toilet paper, and a blow dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash are also supplied in the showers. The kitchen has ample counter space for cooking with granite counter tops. It is fully stocked with, pots and pans, a toaster, microwave, tea kettle, coffee pot, blender, griddle, knives, BBQ tools, utensils, spice rack, dish-ware, wine and beer glasses, mixing bowls a dishwasher. It has a 4 gas burner range top and single oven. The kitchen care package consists of trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dish washing detergent, a sponge, 1 roll of paper towels, dish towels. Complimentary coffee (single serve), tea, hot cocoa and other snacks are also available. In the living room enjoy rustic wood ceilings, beautiful wood carved mantle and a wood burning fireplace (firewood is not provided). Unwind on the large sofa in front of the large 4K flat screen Smart TV. The backyard is nestled among the pine trees and has a wrap around deck off kitchen and laundry room doors. It offers patio furniture(seasonal), BBQ (natural gas- no need for propane). There is a luxury spa available for use! Wind down after a long day on the mountain biking, biking or skiing. 47 jets for back/neck relief and several feet jets. Turn off the lighting to get a great view of the stars between the pines while enjoying the Spa. Guest access Guest have access to entire home aside from the owner's closet and outdoor shed. Other things to note Note: Unit is in mountains setback in pines, during spring, summer, and fall months remember to keep all the doors & window screens closed to keep insects and other critters out of house. Wildlife abounds here near the forest. The house is sprayed periodically for insect control, but even then occasionally there will be insects out of our control. Registration Details 2024-2679
