Discovering your ideal retreat and relax in our 5-bedroom apartment on the 2nd & 3rd floor of a 1900’s vintage 2 family home with a lot of characteristics to it. Hidden on a quiet street in Milton, safe family neighborhood. It is conveniently located on the bus stop and closes to all major Highways I93/95. From the #215 bus transferring to the MBTA Red Line and minutes from downtown Boston. Steps away from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, fast food and coffee shops The space Enjoy relaxation after a busy day in a small corner for gym, game and reading neatly located in the common room in the apartment’s attic, equipped with a 70-inch smart TV. Everything is carefully selected and meticulously decorated, bringing a feeling of closeness and conveying the host's heart to guests. Access to the space is through the main or back doors of the house. Please be aware, climbing stairs is required for access. There are no shared spaces but the main doors. The home has more than ample sleeping accommodations and has 5 bedrooms to accommodate travelers. The house can accommodate 18 guests with 5 bedrooms, one full bath, living room, kitchen and dinning area on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom on the 3rd floor. Especially, there is a children bedroom on the 3rd floor (in the attic) with lovely decorations and books. Each stair has about 10 -12 steps. Unwind in the well-decorated living room with the smart TV 55inch and kitchen, flooded with natural light from the windows. Sink into the cozy sofa or gather around the wooden dining table for memorable meals. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the master bedroom, furnished with a king size bed with a smart TV. Other bedrooms are perfect for kids or other singles, featuring bunk beds. Each smart TV is equipped for every bedroom. We live on a friendly, tight-knit and quiet street, please plan a quiet stay. Friendly pets, if they are trained. There are 2 car parking lots, one in the garage and one in front of your garage, park freely on the street if available. The apartment is fully available for guests. It is located on the first floor and can be accessed via the main front or back doors. The keycodes to enter the home will be provided before arrival There are 2 parking lot inside the garage, one in front the garage and park on the street if available. If the hosts ever need to access the garage or outdoor areas for maintenance purposes, we will notify you in advance. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please kindly review the following rules before making your reservation. 1. 🔐 Guest Registration All guests must be registered before check-in, including full names to match the number on the reservation. This is for safety and security purposes. > 📷 Please note that we have exterior cameras to monitor this. Any discrepancy in guest count may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. 2. 👥 Extra Guests No unregistered or unexpected guests are allowed without prior approval. > Extra guest fee: $35 per guest per night after the 8th guest. > Only guests listed on the official Airbnb reservation are permitted on the property. 3. 🚫 Unauthorized Visitors & Illegal Activity Visitors or overnight guests without prior approva, or any illegal activity on the premises, will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. 4. 🎉 No Parties or Disturbances Strictly no parties, no events, no smoking, and no excessive drinking. > Illegal activity of any kind—including drug use or illegal internet activity—is strictly prohibited. > If a guest becomes intoxicated and causes disturbance or property damage, the reservation will be terminated immediately without refund. > 🚔 Any visit from law enforcement to the property will also result in immediate eviction. 5. 🤫 Quiet Hours Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially when arriving or leaving during early or late hours. > 🔕 Quiet hours are strictly from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 6. 🍳 Kitchen Use Light cooking is welcome. However, heavy cooking or food preparation for large groups is not allowed. 7. 🧼 Cleaning Policy An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the home is left excessively messy or if rugs/furniture are stained and require special cleaning services. 8. 🛡️ Liability Waiver By booking, guests agree that the host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property. We are also not liable for loss of personal belongings or valuables. Guests accept full responsibility for themselves and any invitees while using the premises. 9. 📹 Security & Noise Monitoring We use Ring (exterior security cameras) and NoiseAware (indoor noise level monitoring) for your safety and to ensure compliance with local noise regulations. > Cameras are exterior only and monitored at entrances. Tampering, covering, or disabling cameras is strictly prohibited and will result in reservation termination with no reèund. 10. 🐾 Pet Policy (For Pet Owners) We welcome pets under the following conditions: * Extra pet fee: $45 per pet per night. * Cats are welcome only if proper protection is used (e.g., furniture covers, claw guards, or cages). * No pets allowed on beds or furniture. * Please clean up all pet waste and dispose of it in the outdoor trash bin. * Food and water bowls are available in the kitchen. * Dogs must be leashed when outside. * Before check-out, please sweep any pet hair and ensure the space is clean.
