Guest access The entire cabin, deck areas and tree-lined back yard with seating area are accessible by guests. Included in the reservation. Garage and underneath of the cabin are off limits to guest. Private Property signs are posted to guide guests during their stay. Other things to note Our home is a NO Shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry (front & back doors). A shoe mat has been provided at both door entrances. **Important** NO SMOKING and/or VAPING IN THE CABIN Animals, Critters, Bugs, Wildlife - Love Nature! Our cabin is in the mountains, and guest will encounter animals or critters you'd find in nature. Please keep your distance with any wildlife and do not feed them (e.g. rabies can be contracted in close encounter with wildlife). Keep all doors and windows closed at all times, unless you want to invite in friendly critters. We do have pest control maintain our cabin routinely and on occasion they make their way in - you're in the mountains so it does happen. NO Pets of any kind, no exceptions NO Additional guests beyond what is noted on reservation. NO Mailing Packages to the home. Packages received after a guest check-out will be discarded. NO PARTYING or LARGE EVENTS or GATHERINGS of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the residential community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM. Violation of the noise & party rule will result in the police being called, & termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community. Additional Fees will be assessed & paid for by the guest for the following: **Missing Towels: $20 per towel, no matter the size. ** Smoking or Vaping of any kind in the home: $500 to remove smell using specialized machine by cleaning team. **Use of any type of glass container (glass wine or beer/wine bottles) are not allowed in and around the Hot Tub. Any broken glass found by our Property Manager or Cleaners in or around the hot tub after guest checks out will be charged $1,000. Mitigation will involve draining, refilling water and repairing damages to filters/jets and lost of any cancellation of revenue bookings to allow hot tub technician for an unscheduled maintenance visit. We will enforce this fully. **Late Checkout Past 10 am without our advance consent/permission from host: $100 per hour **Excessive Guests more than noted on reservation: $100 per guest (max occupancy 4 guests at any given time). **Excessive Cleaning if cabin is left filthy with trash everywhere: Additional cleaning fee of $200
