Quiet 1/1 Suite in the beltway of Raleigh!

1/1 Suite on sought-after inside the belt-line! The suite sits on 1/3 of an acre with no neighbors in the front just great views to mature trees.. Enjoy relaxing in the living room and/or dinning room area. Incredibly quiet yet a hop away to I-440. Easy access and view to the outdoor patio....great for relaxing or using the fire pit. Parking and private entrance. Centrally located: 1 mile to Crabtree Mall, 3 miles to North Hills Mall and 4 miles to Cameron Village, NCSU and downtown Raleigh! The space The suite is attached to the main house however, it has its own separate entrance through the back of the house - the door is right in front of the fire pit patio. There are exterior cameras throughout the property. Guest access In addition to the suite wh/ you’ll enter through the back of the main house, guests are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit upon request as it is a common area. All you need is your own wood :) Other things to note We prioritize the safety and well-being of all our guests and our community. Our property is exclusively for the use of registered guests. Any and all commercial or illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Any violation of these guidelines will result in you being escorted out of the premises. ***We have a firm no shoe policy inside the Suite. Please note this before booking :) you are welcome to bring your own home slippers*** Also, please note that the thermostat is managed through the main house and for those of you that like to manage your own climate control, (per se)....we typically have the temperature of entire place set as follows: -Summer temperature is typically set to 74-75 degrees -Winter temperature is typically set 65-67 degrees There is a ceiling fan as well as a personal heater in case. Additionally, we are happy to adjust the temperature of the main A/C unit upon request while you are with us :)
