Only a 10 minute drive to Palm Beach, Currumbin Alley, local shops and the M1, it's a perfect location to feel away from it all while still having everything at your doorstep. Feel instantly at ease walking into this beautiful open plan living with epically high ceiling and a glorious view over the trees. The kitchen is the heart of the home, designed to bring people together sharing delicious food, merry drinks and great chatter! It's fully stocked with plenty of plates, cutlery, pots, pans, filtered water and an Italian coffee machine. With the induction stove, electric fan forced oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher this kitchen knows how to keep the family happily fed over your break! There's room for everyone in this retreat with 5 bedrooms. The spacious master with a king sized bed, walk in robe and ensuite. And all others appointed with queen beds and storage space for your belongings. All rooms have black out curtains for the slower mornings and beds are made with high quality cotton bedding. The two living rooms situated at opposite ends of the house make for everyones Netflix needs to be met. Fitted with flatscreen smart TVs the main living has a generous 78 inch and the second 55 inch. Both spaces have many board games, chess, backgammon and more to keep everyone entertained and enjoying each others company. Enjoy a splash in the pool on warmer days and laze in the sun on the outdoor lounge. Or if it all gets too much, pop the umbrella up or retreat inside to the ducted air-conditioning in the main living area. The outdoor entertaining also hosts a dining table, BBQ and chiminea for enjoying a fire under the stars on the cooler evenings. We are happy to welcome furry family members so long as they are well behaved and are cleaned up after. Please be aware though the front of the property is securely fenced with motorised gates, the rest of the property is not fully enclosed. Parking available onsite. Respect the neighbours (and the koalas) with no parties. Access to all areas except locked garages, storage spaces and office.
