The space There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen sized beds, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Pull out queen size crate and barrel sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen, with black stainless steel full sized fridge, dishwasher, quartz countertop. Also available nespresso machine and drip coffee machine. Property consist of 2 adjoining buildings, guest have access to entire building on driveway front, except for inside the garage. Host lives in adjoining building, and guests can enjoy privacy as the 2 buildings are not connected in the interior. Exterior yard space, driveway and waterfront dock are shared with the host. Pets: Well behaved and non-agressive breeds of dogs are allowed. Pet fee per stay applies, please inform host in advance. Guest access Entire building nearer the driveway front, except inside of the garage. Park near the mailbox on the driveway behind white markers, or on either side of the street. Children must be supervised always when outdoors for safety. Other things to note Shoes free home, the host live on-site but living spaces are separate and not connected on the interior. Yard space and dock are shared with host. Guests do not have access to garage or adjoining building and patio which host live in.
