Has a fully stocked kitchen, bath w/ heated floor and large walk in shower. The sofa in the living room also pulls out into a queen size bed for an additional sleeping space. The outdoor shower is an added bonus after a long day at the beach. Enjoy the outdoor furniture and relax by the marsh bird watching. Outdoor portable Bluetooth speaker, beach towels, kayaks, bikes, beach buggy and even a picnic basket! For the cooler months, enjoy the provided snowshoes (2 adult sets and 1 kid's set) for exploring nearby trails.
