All handpicked modern decor, and all the amenities, such as: - High speed internet & wifi - High-def cable with 50" Samsung Smart TV - Keurig machine (yes, please!) - Lots of power & USB outlets, hooks, luggage and shoe racks (we thought of everything) - Simmons Beautyrest mattress & pillows - Rain shower head - A/C and ceiling fans to keep you cool - Freshly renovated space Guests have use of the entire condo I am not located nearby the condo, but am available by text, email or phone. The area is very walkable, and my unit is very safe, well lit and secure. This location is one of the most central you can be in accessing all of what Waikiki has to offer! Community bikes (Biki) are located nearby. Lyft/Uber and a great bus system is easily accessible. If you'd like to rent a car for the day, a great option is to rent a vehicle from a car rental company called AKAMAI RENTALS located just outside of the building. They will let you park it on their lot overnight! Pick it up in the morning, and drop it off before you get back to the condo. Other options for car rentals are Turo or Hui, which you can find many within blocks. Again, it is common for guests to rent them in the morning and drop off before the evening. If you will need parking, there is paid overnight parking available at Fort DeRussy Parking Lot (.1 miles from unit). DO NOT park in any of the spots on the lower floor of The Niihau building as these are reserved spots and your car will be towed away. If you are utilizing our comfy sofa bed for one of your guests, please note that the sliding door/window wall in living room does not have a curtain/cover. If your guest would like to sleep in and avoid the early Hawaiian sun from waking them, please remember to grab an eye/sleep mask from Longs nearby. Upon check out, please remember to return the keys to the lockbox and scramble the code. There’s a $150.00 fee for lost or misplaced keys. Lastly, do not tamper with electronic devices or cords. If so, you will be charged $150.00 fee for re-setup. Thank you!!
