Guest bath has full tub. Kitchen well equipped with dishes, utensils, and appliances (microwave, blender, electric oven, refrigerator). Also have coffee maker, dishwasher, large sink, and washer/dryer. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards are provided. The community is located at 6300 A1A South, St. Augustine, FL. Gated community with access to pool and boardwalk to the beach. Unit features wireless internet access. Unit has several boogie boards for the beach, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and an xbox 360 with games. Please keep in mind that our unit is a second floor unit and guests will have to access stairs. We will provide contact information so guests can reach out to us with any needs. Community is gated, peaceful, and relaxing. The complex has a mix of full-time residents and renters throughout the year. The beach tends to be private near the condo complex with only the complex residents and bordering units typically in immediate area. The beach does have access for 4WD vehicles, with little traffic. There are public beach access areas nearly half a mile to the north and south, leaving beach by the condo largely insulated. The complex is located 15 mins from downtown St. Augustine, 90 mins from Disney, and 45 mins from Daytona Beach and Speedway. Other close attractions include Marineland (12 mins), Alligator Farm (10 mins), Ripley's (15 mins), St. Augustine Distillery (15 mins), Castillo de San Marcos (15 mins), and a variety of other attractions. You will need a vehicle to get around the area; there are a variety of restaurants close to the property. Some require a short walk on the beach, most require a short drive. Please keep in mind the unit is a second floor unit and guests will have to access stairs. There are multiple stairs from the parking lot to the units building. (There is a access drive up making it easier for drop off/pick ups) There are multiple stairs leading to the beach. We enjoy several restaurants in the area including The Oasis, Southbeach Grill (short walk on the beach), Saltwater Cowboys, and Viola's (short walk).
