THE SPACE The apartment is located on the ground floor of an elegant building that is part of a condominium with concierge and elevator service. The area is also convenient to reach by taxi and/or car and there are several paid and unpaid parking lots. The condominium also has a private road. LIVING AREA / OPEN SPACE The Rose apartment welcomes you with a comfortable entrance that overlooks the open space area. The open space area consists of a comfortable sofa (possibly convertible into a bed), a 55-inch smart TV served by countless apps including Netflix and YouTube (for the entertainment of adults and children), and a beautiful extendable dining table (for 6 seats). The area, up to the kitchen, is lit by countless LED spotlights integrated into the suspended ceiling to make the spaces more comfortable for cooking and eating in the evenings. THE KITCHEN The open space overlooks the kitchenette, a cooking space served by a bright window and equipped with all the space and tools for preparing meals. The kitchen is equipped with a mini-bar, a convenient fridge with freezer, a combined microwave oven, electric induction stoves, as well as a coffee machine with pods and every necessary kitchen utensil. THE ROOMS The master bedroom The master bedroom is bright and well furnished. It has a large wardrobe with sliding doors and all the necessary bed linens and towels. It also has everything you need to iron clothes after washing or, once removed from luggage. An iron and ironing board are provided. In the room there is also an additional 48-inch smart TV to fully enjoy rest and relaxation after a day of sightseeing in the city or professional commitments. In the double bedroom there is also a comfortable desk where you can comfortably work, even remotely. The bedroom The additional sleeping space consists of an elegant bedroom or, if you will, a refined study. The single bed also contains an additional sliding slatted base and, in an instant, can be transformed into a double bed. The bedroom is also equipped with a special space for smart working and all the necessary linens for the stay, both for the bed and bathroom.
