Built on elevated land, the house offers ocean views, as well as plenty of privacy and integration with nature. It's the perfect place to slow down, take in the scenery, and enjoy time with family or friends away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The space 🏡 The space: The house accommodates up to 8 people comfortably and has: - 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, all with air conditioning - 3 full bathrooms and 1 toilet - Integrated, spacious and ventilated living and dining room - Mezzanine with TV room - Full kitchen Spacious balcony overlooking the sea, which serves as the main room of the house — ideal for dining, relaxing in the hammocks, reading and contemplation. The property's proposal is rustic and functional, without luxury, but with the essentials for quiet days of rest or even work in a home office next to nature. ⚠️ Property access: The house is located on high ground and access is exclusively via a steep ramp and about 50 steps of stairs. For this reason, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or mobility difficulties. Please note that all luggage and purchases must be transported through this access. This characteristic of the land is precisely what guarantees the spectacular view, silence and privacy of the place. It's important that all guests are comfortable with this access before booking. 🧭Condominium and surroundings: The house is in a gated community, with a 24-hour concierge. Access to Figueira Beach is via the condominium's internal street (approximately 600 meters), through an electronic gate with a tag. Because it is located in a preserved Atlantic Forest area, it is common to hear sounds of nature and occasionally see wild animals in the surroundings. 🅿️Parking: No private garage. Because it is a condominium with access control and security, it is possible to park the car on the street in front of the house, inside the condominium.
