Dog Friendly. Discounts may be applicable for 12 people or less. You are booking both sides of the house which each can sleep 9 + 9 people. The houses have separate entrances but share a porch. This is twin house, ie two identical separate houses that share the porch. Each house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large lounge / dining room and modern kitchen. Both houses have been refurbished recently and offer top quality beds and furnishings both in the bedrooms and common areas. There is a drive that leads from the road to a large parking area big enough for 10 cars. Gardens have outdoor furniture and BBQs. Easy access to forest walks nearby. Close to Golf courses, Tranquil woodland setting, ideal base for all tourist attractions. If you are reading this on the Air BNB website Air BNB rules dictate you can only book for a maximum of 16 people even though the house has 18 beds and can accommodate this number.   If you wish to reserve for 18 people you must book via the Les Jumeaux Le Touquet Holidays official owners' website. Floor plan images are shown as a graphical representation for layout purposes and may not necessarily reflect actual furnishings and fittings. French TV (TNT) and English Freesat Channels are available. Access to Netflix is also available via a guest's own account. You have full access to both houses and gardens. You will be required to electronically sign a standard rental agreement directly with the owner within 24 hrs of booking. We also require direct contact details including the address of the lead guest making the reservation. You can contact the local caretaker or us direct if you need anything during your stay. Less than an hours drive from Calais or the the Tunnel or you can fly to Le Touquet. There is a 350,00 € refundable damage deposit required for all reservations. You must supply your credit card details and complete a signed rental agreement with the host at the time of booking. This is required so that we can place a security hold on your card for this amount 2 days before arrival and be compliant with local laws. Arrival information will not be provided until we have a credit card on file. Linen & Towels are not included in the rental price you may bring your own or hire from us for €20 per person.
