The property provides you with private pools, bbq area and tennis courts with numerous restaurants at the Resort to enjoy. This plantation inspired hidden gem is the epitome of relaxed island life. High ceilings, natural lighting and tropical greenery are some of the highlights of this space. With a newly renovated bathroom, stylish furniture and BRAND NEW split A/C system, this loft provides luxury and comfort you’re sure to enjoy. The loft bedroom gives off treehouse vibes with a full staircase leading up and down to the cutest living room. The vaulted ceilings give the space a grand feeling and floor to ceiling windows let lots of beautiful natural light in. Full kitchen and bathroom are located downstairs along with a little work space overlooking the golf course. Perfect getaway spot for two or small family! Guests are able to access any and all amenities if the Kuilima Estates West which include pools, tennis courts and bbq areas. Check in and out are done by lockbox, however, we are happily available to answer any questions via text or call anytime! Kuilima Estates West is a private gated community. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and relaxed, and we ask that guests be mindful of the atmosphere and ambience. Guests have access to the private pools, bbq areas and tennis courts throughout Kuilima Estates West. Please note that guests of Kuilima Estates West are not allowed to use the swimming pool or hot tubs at Turtle Bay Resort. However, you are welcome to dine at any of their restaurants as well as Lei Lei’s Restaurant at the Golf Course. The resort spa is also available. The horse stables provide group or private tours. For golfing, inquire at the golf shop located just a short distance from the loft. We highly recommend renting a car for your stay. Getting around will be much more convenient and efficient of your time. However, there is a bus stop directly outside the entrance to the estates if needed. Please note that the loft bedroom has low ceilings, as well as 2 small pipes that run on the floor. Please take caution when walking about the loft. This loft accommodates strictly 2 people maximum. Violation of this could result in mid stay cancellation without a refund.
