This single storey house has a flowing layout that combines the practical zones you’d want from a rural home – including a bright wood-panelled access porch with ample space to offload coats and boots after a day’s adventures – alongside a wonderful open-plan living space with large windows that frame the far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside. Featuring a mid-century-modern sideboard and a large L-shaped sofa for cosy evenings watching a movie together, the seating area also has an inset electric fire for instant warmth on chillier days.
