The Beach Cottage is almost beach front on Sunset Pt. 100 feet to the surf and sand. The yards is secure and private with a locking gate. The parking is also enclosed and secure. A stand alone 2 bedroom Cottage is in an enclosed yard with garden. The yard has lovely plants, sun and shade and is right next to the beach access . There is AC, full kitchen. Both bedrooms have big window, air conditioning, Queen in one and twin bed in the other. Beach shower, bikes full kitchen & bath. MAX 2 GUESTS including children , LOCATION , BIKES, PARKING, INTERNET, YARD NEXT TO THE BEACH. Quiet guests only please Beach access , yard. Max 3 guests/ 1 parking for small to medium sized cars only . No large trucks, sadan, or No huge SUV's. only when they need me Sunset Pt. almost beach front is very quiet , we need quiet guests only bike, bus, car Oahu requires 30 day bookings. Guests do not need to stay 30 days but we can not take another booking duing a 30 night cycle. So rate will depend on lenth of stay. AFTER JUNE 30, 2022 this is a month to month rental by law. Guest will need to book one month minimal stay. 30 days or more. new regulations July 1, 2022 This is a family neighborhood and houses are close and we can not control the life of our neighbors .
