Nino's Cottage. This 110 m2 Ferret-Capien cottage in traditional style is the perfect place for your family vacation in the Landes. Its swimming pool and equipped pool-house, its garden with its multiple games (trampoline, soccer goals, swing, darts etc.), its direct access to the forest, its proximity to the lake and its bike path will make it a place of rest, relaxation and escape. 15 minutes from the ocean beaches of Biscarrosse, 15 minutes from the Bay of Arcachon. The space The chalet consists of a 40 m2 living room on the ground floor with a modern equipped kitchen with two large bay windows overlooking the garden and pool terrace, a living room serving as a 4th bedroom with a sofa bed, a toilet and a shower room also overlooking the pool area. Upstairs you will find a shower room and a toilet, 3 bedrooms each composed of a 160 bed and an 80 bed Guest access You will have access to the chalet, garden, swimming pool, pool-house equipped with an outdoor kitchen including fridge, stove, oven, plancha, deckchairs and hammock for relaxation and sunbathing. Other things to note The accommodation is 500 m from a supermarket and shops in the village of Sanguinet. Possibility to provide a crib, highchair, stroller and other equipment.
