House is only a couple of years old. The space Pine shiplap walls throughout gives you a wood cabin feel. 2 nice sized bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed with full bath. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Central heat and air. Washer and dryer. 50 gallon hot water tank. Dishwasher. Living room has 2 couches with smart tv and sound bar. Kitchen table with 4 chairs. Upstairs is a large loft with 3 queen size beds, smart TV, and arcade style basketball game. Guest access Guest access is for the living areas. The garage is not included. Other things to note This house has a cell phone booster. There is no WiFi. We use hotspot from cellphone to stream preferred service through smart tv.
