The space * Layout & capacity — Open-plan studio (sleeps 2). 45 m² distributed as a sleeping area with a 135 × 190 cm double bed, living area, kitchen and a full bathroom. Private terrace with seating and clear views of the Alhambra — a rare find so close to the historic core. * Kitchen & utilities — Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, oven, Italian coffee maker, basic condiments). * Comfort & connectivity — Split air-conditioning (cold/heat) with remote control — please use heat for winter heating. Fibre 300 Mbps with Ethernet socket makes this studio ideal for remote work. TV and free Wi-Fi included. * Practicalities — Third floor, no lift. No private parking; nearest public car park: Ave María (El Realejo), ~700 m. For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use the loft or climb its stairs. Guest access * Location perks — The studio sits just off Cuesta de Gomérez (the uphill route that leads to the Alhambra) and is an excellent base for visiting the palace and gardens. The Alhambra can be reached on foot in around 10–15 minutes, while the Cathedral and many Albaicín viewpoints are only a short 5–10 minute walk. * Transport & convenience — Several bus stops and the Recogidas/Gran Vía area are within a few minutes’ walk from Placeta de la Miga, making city connections straightforward. Useful bus lines stop nearby (check local timetables). * What’s nearby — Cuesta de Gomérez and its shops/streets; the Forest of Gomérez and the entrance paths up to the Alhambra; Plaza Nueva and the historic centre are all within a comfortable walking radius. * For heating, please use the air-conditioning unit set to heat mode. Hot water is supplied from an 80-litre tank: there is usually enough hot water for a shower of around 15 minutes; afterwards the tank needs one and a half hours to reheat. When using the washing machine, please close the inner drum door correctly and do not overload it — maximum recommended load: 4 kg — to avoid causing serious damage. Other things to note Legal registration of travellers in accordance with Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. All guests will be required to provide their National Identity Document (Documento Nacional de Identidad, DNI) or passport for registration with the Spanish National Police. This will be requested only for confirmed bookings, a few days before arrival via a link. Waste must be deposited in the bins placed in the streets between 20:00 and 23:00 from Monday to Saturday.
