In the living room, a new and comfortable sofa bed for two (150/200 cm). The large bathroom with shampoo and soft towels also has a laundry room in the building for guest use with soap included. The kitchen is very well equipped, with new appliances (induction, very quiet dishwasher) and a designer smeg refrigerator. There is also a coffee maker with free capsules, a kettle and a toaster and a modern oven. The apartment is on the sixth and top floor, and therefore appears very bright and sunny and very quiet. All city car parks are within easy walking distance, the nearest being the MOTTA car park just 100 meters away.
