The space This private 1,300 sq ft basement apartment offers comfort, space, and privacy with its own separate entrance and two cozy bedrooms—one with a queen bed near the dining area, and the other with a full bed located next to the bathroom. Both rooms feature full-length mirrors for your convenience. Enjoy high-speed WiFi for work or entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Outside, the fenced backyard features a large trampoline for kids, open space for pets to roam, and a covered porch with a table and chairs—perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or a quiet place to work. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire basement apartment, including both bedrooms, the living/dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. Check-in is keyless and easy—your unique smart lock code and detailed instructions will be sent via Airbnb Messenger on the morning of your check-in day. You're also welcome to enjoy the fenced backyard, which includes a large trampoline, open space for pets, and a covered porch. Please note: The utility room and stairways leading to the main residence and upper floors are private and off-limits to guests. Parking is free. You may park at the curb directly in front of the house or across the street. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It’s a peaceful and safe area—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Just a few yards away, there’s a park where guests can walk, get fresh air, or let kids play. It's a great spot for morning strolls, stretching your legs, or simply enjoying the outdoors. For big families or larger groups, we can provide an air bed to accommodate up to two additional guests.
