Welcome to this stylish two bedroom apartment nestled in the serene woods of the beautiful Hudson Valley, New York! World-class shopping and restaurants are just down the road at Woodbury Commons, and we are conveniently located between the JW World Headquarters (25 minutes), Newburgh Assembly Hall (20 mins) and the new Patterson Visitor Center (50 mins). Guests planning a visit to Legoland (30 mins) or West Point Academy (9.4 miles, 25 mins) will find our location very convenient as well. The space This is a two bedroom property and both bedrooms are located on the second level. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has two twin beds. The bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining area are all on the first level, and there is a stackable washer and dryer in the closet next to the bathroom. There is also an iron, a clothes steamer, and a hairdryer provided for use by guests during their stay. There is a deck in the backyard accessible by a door through the kitchen that has a dining table with four seats, a sitting area with four additional seats, and a propane grill for guest use. The front entrance is adjacent to the parking area and has a mudroom with hooks for coats, shoe storage, and a bench for sitting. The front door is accessed from inside the mudroom and uses a numeric keypad for entry. The code for your stay is supplied the day of check-in. Guest access This apartment is accessed with a numeric keypad inside the private mudroom entry. Your unique keycode is supplied the day you check in and will be changed after checkout. There is a backyard area overlooking the back woods with a deck containing a dining table and a separate seating area. There is also a grill exclusively for your use. We ask that guests not roam the property outside of their designated areas for the privacy of other guests and the owners. Also the woods behind the rental are beyond our property line and full of hazards like broken glass, downed trees, poison ivy, and old barbed wire fencing. Children especially should not be allowed to trespass in the woods for their own safety. Other things to note The volunteer fire station is down the road and occasionally the siren will go off for 10 - 15 seconds, and it can be heard from the apartment. It will be silent for days at a time, but then other days it might sound more than once in 24 hours. Unfortunately we have no control over this situation.
