The space The flat is halfway up a 30-storey tower, near the top of the "butte aux cailles" (one of the hills of Paris), below the Latin Quarter. The altitude of the flat is approximately at the level of the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower / top of the towers of Notre Dame de Paris. The tower is the subject of special heritage recognition with the current intervention of a heritage architect - and in the long term the ambition of recognition by the Ministry of Culture for the tower, as for the whole of the Olympiades slab.
