On our "estate" next to the villa is our coach house. A noflik (cozy) tiny (carriage) house with bedstee that is equipped with all comforts. A minute's walk to our waterfront at the De Poelen nature reserve. Whisper boats, paddle board, swing bench, hammock, terraces, etc. all on the waterfront to the west with the setting sun. The absolute recommendation is a day of sailing on the Poelen with our whisper boats. For our guests at a discounted rate. The space The cozy accommodation is in the back of the coach house with its own terrace on the garden with outdoor fireplace and BBQ. You can sleep in the cozy bedstee (207 x 160). There is a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, electric stove and oven. An antique French table with two chairs and a nice Chesterfield sofa. There is a nice bathroom with toilet and shower. Furthermore, it is also equipped with all comforts, including electric fireplace, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, hair dryer, champagne cooler, glasses and sharp knives for when you want to cook yourself. The basic herbs are ready for you in the kitchen. The garden has fresh herbs that you can pick yourself. Guest access The tiny coach house with terrace is only for our guests. By keeping to the left in the garden, you will reach the waterfront. Other things to note We will take care of the basics of your brochure (breakfast). So you don't have to plan your breakfast, but can do everything at your own time (and there is no "waste"). You can "rob" the fresh eggs from our own chickens from the coop. There is also tea, coffee, milk (or otherwise on request), butter, homemade jam and juice. The fresh bakery is 200 meters away. For other groceries, the PLUS supermarket is ± 8 minutes' walk (open 7 days a week). The icing on the cake, an absolute must: everyone can sail with our electric whisper boats! A wonderful day on the beautiful nature reserve De Poelen, the Heegermeer, De Fluessen or just to one of the villages nearby. Our special price for a stay is €125 per day (max. 6 people). Be on time, we also rent out our accommodation. Pets are unfortunately not welcome because of our roaming chickens.
