We have a nice location with a 180-degree Baltic Sea panorama and Årsdale Mill as a direct neighbor. 200 meters to bathing rocks and close to the town's restaurants. Approx. 1 km to beautiful hiking trails in Paradisbakkerne. The space The house was built in 1950 and was expanded with an extension in 1982. There are 4 rooms, large kitchen/dining room, 2 connected living rooms on different levels, guest toilet/bathroom on the ground floor and full basement with large bathroom/toilet/brewing facility. We have a wild front yard and a larger and usable back yard as well as a small courtyard with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and fire pit. Guest access With the exception of the boiler room and the workshop in the basement, the house is fully available. We refer to bathing in the basement bathroom.
