Welcome to the newly offered, BelHarbor! Overlooking Penobscot Bay and located a short walk from downtown Belfast, this beautifully decorated home boasts three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This sun-filled home has two spacious living rooms for guests to spread out and relax alone, or come together and enjoy communally. The blend of antique and modern furnishings ensures a comfortable and unique stay. Book for summer 2024 and see all that Belfast and BelHarbor have to offer! The space BelHarbor is located overlooking the Foot Bridge, with vistas across the harbor and Bay in Belfast, ME. Upon arrival guests will access the house via a long driveway with parking spots for up to 4 cars. The main entrance to the house is through the magnolia door to the right. Once inside, guests can turn right towards the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, or turn left towards the family room and one of the full bathrooms. The family room and full bathroom have been new to the original house and boast amazing furniture, a Jotul propane fireplace and a Smart TV. To the right of the main entrance, guests will find a well-stocked kitchen/dining room and beyond that the second living room and gas fireplace. There are desks in both the living room and the family room if the mood to work strikes! Upstairs there are three bedrooms and the second full bathroom. There is ample clothing storage available as well as extra blankets and pillows. Outside, guests can enjoy the furniture on the patio, including a propane fire table for atmosphere and chilly nights. There is a front patio made for sundowners. A grill and grilling tools are ready for you to enjoy the fresh seafood, locally sourced meats and all the bounty of fresh vegetables Belfast has to offer. Please note that the bedrooms do have skylights that do not have blinds - this lets in a good amount of sunlight and during summer months, the room is not completely blacked out! Please let us know if you find something missing in our home - we want you to have the most comfortable stay possible! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. There is also ample parking space to fit at least 4 cars. Please note, there is a studio on the hill beyond the house and guests do not have access to that space. There is also a shed that guests do not have access to.
